for any brands unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping.
Reasons for product returns other than the prior two will be given
special consideration and will be subject to the points listed above.
If item qualifies for return, freight costs incurred to return product
to FitnessUltimate.com is the customer's responsibility. * Freight
collect shipments will be refused. All returns will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee and the original postage and handling charges will be deducted(this includes free shipping offers; your freight is free only if you keep the product.) . Replacement Parts for Concealed Damage/Defect Freight.
Replacement Parts for Concealed Damage/Defect Freight. In such situation please contact our customer service immediately. Our representatives will make arrangements with the manufacturer to send you directly any replacement part needed. All replacement part orders are shipped standard ground delivery (regardless of the initial shipment type) unless the consignee chooses to pay for the difference in expedited shipping.
