The great majority of products are returnable within 30 days of the date of your purchase (please contact and ask if the brand/product you are purchasing accept returns). Authorized returns qualify for replacement or refunds, less the original postage and handling (this includes free shipping offers; your freight is free only if you keep the product.)

| Delivery and Shipping Damage Information: |
As truck delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your residence, you are responsible for bringing your product from curbside into your home and assembling the product yourself. Truck driver may or may not assist you in lowering the box from the rear of truck.
Shipping and Transit Time:
Oversize items are shipped by truck and might take approximate 7 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Smaller items are shipped by UPS and will take less transit time.
Shipping Damage:
Thoroughly inspect the freight for any Damage or abuse.
If the equipment is damaged then note "Possible Damage, Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt.
If damages are present, and it is too severe to be kept and used, use the following notation on the Bill of Lading: "Refused due to damage" and refuse to receive the package
- Have the driver present you with the delivery receipt
- Verify the pallet / or carton count on the delivery receipt so you are aware of How Many Units to expect to be on the truck and to be inspected.
- On the receipt Sign for the number of pallets and notate:
- If the equipment is damaged then note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt.
- If the extent of the Damage is Excessive then Refuse the Delivery
Replacement Shipments For Damaged Orders:
If an order is refused at time of delivery due to damage, We will automatically resend a new package out as soon as the damaged item is received
Replacement Parts for Concealed Damage/Defect Freight:
In such situation please contact our customer service immediately. Our representatives will make arrangements with the manufacturer to send you directly any replacement part needed. All replacement part orders are shipped standard ground delivery (regardless of the initial shipment type) unless the consignee chooses to pay for the difference in expedited shipping. We do not provide credits or refunds for the inconvenience of missing or damaged parts or for purchasing replacement parts not ordered through us.
If goods are cancelled before they have been shipped (usually less than 24
hours from order placement), the order is cancelled and no charges are applied
to the customer.
If items have been shipped at the time of cancellation, customer
will be charged 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse, and any incurred shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)

Delivery Refusal. If a customer orders a product from us and refuses delivery of the item, then customer will be charged 20% re-stocking fee plus any incurred shipping cost.(this includes free freight promotion)
Also, if you refuse, or miss your delivery appointment(s) for a non-defective/un-damaged product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned to the appropriate warehouse.
Freight shipments generally cost $100 - $350 dollars, depending on the product.

We will ship your order FREE if it is over $300.00 within
the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $300.00 the shipping cost will be calculated
at checkout.

overweight items which shipping cost will be calculated and paid if acceptable by the client
