The TR500 entry level treadmill is designed with quality components and a console packed with features. To support your needs, we've included buttons for quick incline and speed selections, an oversized blue display for simultaneous viewing of your workout information, and a wide variety of workout programs including six programs that control the belt incline, five programs that control the belt speed, and two programs you can customize for your own exercise routines.
Speed and incline control buttons are on the handlebars so that you don't have to remove your hands from the handlebars to control the speed or incline. Eight shock-absorbing bumpers in the deck suspension evenly absorb the impact of your foot strike and provide a firm push-off at the end of each step. A variety of exercise programs allow you to preset the time or distance of your workout while the treadmill automatically varies the incline over the course of the program.
FEATURES INCLUDE: Handlebars include contact pulse grips to monitor your heart rate and control buttons to let you safely adjust the incline on the left and the speed on the right without letting go of the handlebars. The Deck Suspension system includes four compression shocks on each side of the frame that evenly absorb foot strike impact and provide a firm push-off to minimize the stress on joints and risk of injury
PROGRAM VARIETY: Incline Programs Choose from one of the six different incline programs, then select your intensity level. The treadmill deck automatically raises and lowers during your workout according to the program you select. Speed Programs Choose from one of five different speed programs, then select from one of three different intensity levels. The treadmill belt automatically goes faster and slower during your workout according to the program you select. Customized User Programs Create your own workout program. If you have your own exercise regiment you can create up to two customized programs to use repeatedly. My Zone Program The My Zone heart rate control program monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts the speed and incline to keep your heart rate at the same level throughout the workout.
