The BodyCraft K2 Home Gym's two weight stack strength training system is designed for multiple users, or provides quicker transitions for single user. Fits against a wall or into a corner. Horizontal bench press for correct angles in decline, flat, incline and shoulder presses. Bench slides out of the way for squats and dumbbell work. One weight stack for the "Dumbbell Station" with adjustable cable arms, lat pull and leg extension/curl attachment. Another weight stack for the flat/incline/decline/barbell/squat station. Patent pending adjustable cable arms provided for a complete array of dumbbell exercises, sports specific exercises and rehab exercises. The squat pad is a free-swiveling, padded bar that attaches to the handles, across the press arm. The new sqaut attachment is easier to use and allows the user to define the motion - for a natural squat motion.
